We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager that is passionate, dedicated, reliable, and a self-starter. Our business provides HUNDREDS of systems for our students and internal team. We are looking to add team members who understand the importance of systems and are able to develop the systems needed to strengthen our already amazing Customer Service Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the day to day operations of the Customer Support Department
  • Compile a weekly report each Friday for Company meetings
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Ensure our Core Values are being followed through every student interaction
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
  • Review customer complaints and work with both the team and customer to reach a solution
  • Track customer complaint resolution
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
  • Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
  • Evaluate the performance of staff
  • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Real Estate Knowledge , preferred but not required
  • Previous Management Experience, required
  • CRM Experience
  • in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices, required
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Works well with others

EDUCATION

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree , preferred but not required
