Arizona

Where can i take the real estate exam in Arizona?

Arkansas

California

Where to take California real estate license exam?

You can take the state licensing exam at one of five proctoring locations throughout the State of California.
The five proctoring locations include the following:

Florida

Where to take Florida real estate license exam?

The Florida state exam for real estate sales associate candidates is offered at Pearson VUE testing centers. These testing centers are listed on the Pearson VUE website and are located throughout the United States as well as U.S. military bases worldwide. In addition, Pearson VUE allows test takers to schedule their exams as a remotely proctored online exam you can take from your home.

If you are taking a remotely proctored online exam, you will need to meet certain requirements. You will need a functioning home computer or laptop with a webcam, microphone and strong internet connection. Prior to your exam, you will be asked to run a system check to test the compatibility of your computer with the OnVUE application used to administer the exam. Your test will be proctored and monitored remotely by a live proctor using a microphone and webcam.

North Carolina

If you go online to the PSI candidate website, you’ll find a list of testing centers that administer the North Carolina broker exam. Click on “Government/State Licensing Agencies” from the homepage. Click on “North Carolina” as the jurisdiction and then “NC Real Estate” from the drop-down menu. Next, click on “NC Real Estate Broker” and on the next page, there is a link to testing centers in the far right-hand menu.

PSI also offers remote online proctoring for the state exam. This is a fast and convenient way to take your exam.

You can also call PSI Services at 800-733-9267 and get assistance in finding a testing center nearest you. If you reside outside of North Carolina, you will need to call to find a testing site near you.
