Can I take USPAP classes online?
Yes. The Appraisal Foundation states that both the 15-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course and the 7-hour USPAP Update Course may be delivered in person or virtually, either by a provider using the Foundation's materials or an Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB)-approved equivalent. To receive state real property credit, the course must be taught by an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor who also holds a current Certified General or Certified Residential credential.
