The District of Columbia Board of Real Estate Appraisers has offered free 7-hour USPAP continuing education courses to DC licensees, and its December 2025 offering included a copy of the 2024 USPAP manual and reference guide. These sessions cover continuing education, not the 15-hour USPAP qualifying education course required for a trainee credential.
