How do I find a real estate license school near me?
The answer depends on your state. Pick yours to see it.
Arizona requires appraisal qualifying education to be pre-approved by the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) or the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) before it can be offered in the state, so verify a school's courses carry that approval before enrolling. You are not limited to schools near you: Arizona allows all appraisal education hours, including USPAP courses, to be completed fully online. The AQB 15-Hour and 7-Hour National USPAP courses are accepted in Arizona when taught by at least one AQB-certified USPAP instructor.
