Where can I find a practice test for the real estate appraiser license exam?
The Appraisal Foundation, which publishes the National Uniform Licensing and Certification Examination, makes exam guides, preparation tips, and pass rates for each credential level available on its exam webpage. The testing provider contracted by your state appraiser regulatory agency publishes a candidate handbook covering exam structure, scheduling, calculator rules, and retake policies. The Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) develops all exam content, including the 125-question format used at every credential level.
Florida administers its appraiser exams through Pearson VUE, which publishes downloadable preparation resources, including the candidate fact sheet and the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) content outlines for each exam. You can download them from the Pearson VUE Florida real estate and appraisers exam portal. Before scheduling, you must apply to the Florida Division of Real Estate and receive an authorization letter from Pearson VUE.

Pearson VUE administers New Jersey's appraiser licensure exams, and its New Jersey appraisers page offers the National Appraiser Examination Candidate Handbook as a free download. The handbook includes exam content outlines, scoring rules, and reservation policies, and the Appraiser Qualifications Board content outlines are downloadable from the same page. A scaled score of 75 on the 0-110 scale passes.
