How much does it cost to get a title insurance agent license?
The answer depends on your state. Pick yours to see it.
A Florida title insurance agent license carries a $10 application fee (a title exception to the standard $50), a $5 license ID fee, a $44 exam fee paid to the vendor, and $52.50 for fingerprinting plus local county sales tax. You must also complete a 40-hour approved title insurance course within four years of applying, or show at least one year of responsible title duties within the last four years. All fees are nonrefundable.
