What is the Florida 2-44 insurance license, and how do I get it?
The answer depends on your state. Pick yours to see it.
Florida's license index lists no 2-44 class. The similarly numbered licenses are the 2-40 Health Agent license, which requires a 40-hour approved health prelicensing course within four years of applying plus the state exam, and the 20-44 Personal Lines license, which requires a minimum 60-hour course covering property, casualty, and inland marine insurance plus the state exam. Both also require an application and fingerprinting.
