No accurate national pass rate exists. Pass rates fluctuate considerably by state, and some states publish their rates while others do not. Most states set the passing score at 70%, though California's producer exams require 60%. One of the few public state figures: Texas reported a 60% passing rate for its life, accident, and health exam in February 2021.
