How much does it cost to retake the real estate licensing exam?

The retake fee for the Colorado real estate broker exam is $42.50 per portion, as stated in the PSI Candidate Information Bulletin. If you fail one portion, you may retake only that failed portion at a subsequent time without retaking the portion you passed. There is no stated cap on the number of retake attempts, but passing scores on each portion are valid for one year from the date of the passing score.
