The Virginia Real Estate Board recognizes several commercial real estate topics as broker-related course options within its broker pre-license education framework. These include Commercial Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Feasibility Analysis, and Urban Development, as well as the CCIM designation. Broker applicants may apply one broker-related course toward the 180-hour education requirement, with a maximum of 45 hours of credit per broker-related course.
