Brokers, broker-salespersons, and salespersons must all complete the 12-hour requirement, with an exemption for licensees renewing under referral status and for brokers with 40+ years of licensure who qualify for an exemption. Licensees originally licensed in the second year of the current license term are not required to complete CE for that renewal.
