How do I schedule the NMLS SAFE MLO exam?

First create an NMLS account and pay the $110 test enrollment fee through NMLS, which opens a 180-day window in which you must schedule and take the test. Then schedule online through NMLS or Prometric, or call Prometric at 1-877-671-6657. The test is administered at Prometric test centers, and you must reschedule or cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern at least two business days before your appointment.
