What is the NMLS Mortgage Call Report and who must submit it?

A Mortgage Call Report is a report of condition that every mortgage licensee must submit to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), in the form and containing the information NMLS requires. Company licensees file these reports through NMLS as part of ongoing maintenance, alongside annual financial statements, sponsorship management, and license renewals.
