What is the pass rate for the SAFE MLO exam?

The first-time pass rate for the SAFE MLO Test is 53%, as of December 31, 2024, according to NMLS. The test requires a score of at least 75% to pass. A candidate who fails must wait 30 days to retake it, and after three consecutive failures the wait is 6 months.
