Overview of the RealEstateU Florida Real Estate License Test Prep
Are you looking to get access to Florida real estate exam sample questions?
Or, do you need to know what will be tested on the FL state licensing exam?
Our Florida real estate license prep was written for students who ask themselves these exact questions.
Our test prep consists of two parts. The first part is the Florida real estate license exam study guide, which goes through the outline for the test and lists exactly what you need to know in a bullet point format. The second part consits of three Florida real estate exam practice tests.
How do you pass the Florida real estate exam on the first try?
The most effective way to get prepared for the exam is to go through sample questions. Pay attention to the questions you answer incorrectly and understand why the correct answer is correct. Our Florida real estate exam practice tests mimic the actual state licensing exam. If you can answer at least 90% of the sample questions correctly, you should do just fine on the actual state test.
in addition, we recommend that you read through the Florida real estate license exam study guide portion at least twice. You don't have to memorize every bullet point in the guide, but you do need to be familiar with each concept.

What to do after passing real estate exam in Florida? If you pass your state exam, you will receive an official photo-bearing exam result report immediately following completion of your test. You should verify that the information is correct on the exam results before leaving the test center. Pearson VUE will download your passing grade information to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation system, which will then issue your real estate license number.
