However, there is still a chance that your application may be delayed or denied by the Real Estate Commission. You must submit the required documents along with your license application before the Commission will review your case. At each Commission meeting, applications are reviewed and a decision is made whether to approve or preliminary deny your license application. If your application is denied because of a prior conviction, the Commission will give you an opportunity to request an informal conference to further discuss your case.
