Overview of the RealEstateU Washington Real Estate Test Prep
Are you looking to get access to Washington real estate exam sample questions?
Or, do you need to know what will be tested on the WA state licensing exam?
Our Washington real estate license prep was written for students who ask themselves these exact questions.
Our test prep consists of two parts. The first part is the Washington real estate license exam study guide, which goes through the outline for the test and lists exactly what you need to know in a bullet point format. The second part consists of three Washington real estate exam practice tests.
How do you pass the Washington real estate exam on the first try?
The most effective way to get prepared for the exam is to go through sample questions. Pay attention to the questions you answer incorrectly and understand why the correct answer is correct. Our Washington real estate exam practice tests mimic the actual state licensing exam. If you can answer at least 90% of the sample questions correctly, you should do just fine on the actual state test.
In addition, we recommend that you read through the Washington real estate license exam study guide portion at least twice. You don't have to memorize every bullet point in the guide, but you do need to be familiar with each concept.

The report will include scoring information for any portion that you failed. You must pass both national and state sections before you can apply for your broker license. A passing grade for each section is 70%. Once your certification of completion for your pre-licensure education requirements have been electronically submitted to PSI and you have received approval to schedule the state licensing exam, you can do so by going to the PSI candidate website and following the instructions after choosing the category of real estate, the Washington real estate exam program and the broker exam from the drop-down menus on the homepage. If you have not already done so, you will need to get your fingerprints taken with MorphoTrust’s IdentoGO. You will need to go in-person to one of IndentoGO’s locations for this to be completed. There is a fee of $42.80, paid directly to IndentoGO. Your fingerprints will be used by the Washington State Patrol, as well as the FBI, to conduct a criminal background check. A report of the results will be electronically forwarded to the Washington State Department of Licensing for its review in considering your application. PSI will send the results of your passing grade for the state exam to the Department within three days of you successfully completing both portions of the exam.
