I passed my Massachusetts real estate exam now what? You must be prepared to pay your licensing fee the same day you take your exam. First, you will see your score report on screen. Next, you will report to the testing proctor. Your licensing fee will be prorated based on Massachusetts General Law Chapter 112, Sections 87XX and 87ZZ. Cash will not be accepted, only credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks, all made payable to PSI. Your photograph will be taken, and you will be issued a license card and wall certificate.
