What to do after you pass your real estate exam in Oregon? Congratulations! Immediately after passing your state license exam, you will be fingerprinted at the exam center. The fingerprints are used in a state and national background check. While Oregon processes your background check and fingerprints, find a Principal Broker to work under. You have one year to be hired and activated. Track your broker license application online.
