Required Course Completion Time
In accordance with the California real estate license requirements, a student is not permitted to finish a course (including the final exam) within the following time frames:
Moreover, it is mandatory to complete all three courses, including the final exams, within 12 months of purchasing the course bundle.
Refund Policy
RealEstateU provides a 30-day refund period starting from the date of purchase. However, a refund will be granted only if the student has not completed over 50% of any of the three courses.
