How do I cancel and reschedule my test after making an appointment?

If you provide notice at least two days prior to your appointment that you need to cancel and reschedule your exam, you won’t have to forfeit your exam fee. Keep in mind that sending an email to PSI or leaving a voicemail will not be considered adequate notification. You must either call PSI at 1-800-733-9267 and speak directly to a customer service rep or use the PSI website to cancel and then reschedule your exam time.
