Yes. RealEstateU offers four partnership tracks: company partnerships, an affiliate program, revenue share agreements, and strategic platform partnerships. Depending on your organization type and goals, we’ll find the best fit for you!
Affiliates, including sponsoring brokers, coaches, and agents who refer peers into the industry earn a commission on every student who enrolls through their referral link. There are no minimum enrollment requirements, payouts are sent monthly, and affiliates have a dashboard with real-time tracking.
Yes. Brokerages and companies can purchase bulk seats for licensing and continuing education courses and programs at volume pricing, with co-branded enrollment pages and a dedicated account manager.
RealEstateU is currently approved with real estate courses in 21 states, with new state approvals coming through regularly. Partners are notified as new states come online. Additionally, we’re approved nationwide for mortgage pre-licensing and continuing education courses.
No. There is no fee to apply or participate in any RealEstateU partnership programs.
