Peter Kasyanenko began his career in real estate investment at a boutique firm in 2008, at the height of the credit crisis, specializing in the acquisition of residential non-performing loan and REO portfolios from banks and private lenders nationwide. Peter also focused on placing short term, high yield debt and equity from institutional investors into small and middle market commercial real investments.
Peter currently develops real estate strategy for an institutional investment manager and underwrites acquisitions for a series of core, value-add and opportunistic funds. Peter has been a speaker and guest lecturer on real estate finance at professional symposia and has written numerous articles on the topic of residential and commercial real estate in various publications.
Peter is a graduate of Fordham University and resides with his wife in northern NJ.
