  • Be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen with a Social Security Number.

Step 2: Schedule your licensing exam with the PSI Testing Center. PSI will check your application to verify whether you have completed all norms and then approve it. 

Step 3: Pass the Tennessee state real estate licensing exam. There are 80 multiple-choice questions in the National section and 40 in the State section. The minimum passing grade is 70% which means you must get 56 questions right in the National part and 28 in the State section.
