How Texas SAE Courses Work

Texas Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) courses are required for sales agents renewing an active real estate license for the first time in Texas.

Most Texas sales agents must complete 90 hours of SAE courses before their first license renewal deadline. These courses help build practical knowledge in key areas of real estate practice, including law, brokerage operations, and appraisal fundamentals.

Our Texas SAE packages are designed to help you complete your education requirements quickly, affordably, and entirely online.
